SAFETY POLICY :
PETROCAT. recognizes the importance of meeting society’s needs for safety health and protection of the environment.
It is our intention to proactively work with employees, customers, the public, governments and others to use natural
resources in an environmentally sound manner while protecting the health and safety of employees and the public.
We are dedicated to a continuous improvement of our international safety, health and environmental programs while
supplying high quality products and services to customers. To meet these responsibilities, we will manage our business
according to the following Safety, Health and Environmental (“SHE”) Principles.

Safety, Health and Environmental Principles:

1. To make safety, health and environmental considerations a priority in our planning and our development of products, services and processes.
2. To operate our facilities and to supply our products and services in a manner consistent with the safety and health of our employees and the public while protecting the environment.
3. To promptly advise employees, customers, appropriate ocials and the public of information on signicant industry related safety, health and environmental hazards, and to recommend protective measures.
4. To extend knowledge by conducting or supporting research, when appropriate, on the safety, health and environmental eects of our operations, processes services and waste materials.
5. To inform, educate and counsel employees, customers, transporters and others in the safe handling, use, transportation and disposal of our products and waste materials.
6. To recognize and to respond to community concerns about our services and operations.
